Branding for the English brand Sowvital. Inspired by the cosmetic world, Sowvital has developed a range of organic and vegan products tailored for indoor plants.
Over the course of two years, we worked on the full visual world of the brand: art direction, custom logo, identity principles, website, social media templates, packaging and various printed and digital assets. Heavily inspired by old botanical books, vintage gardening magazines, as well as Art Nouveau organic shapes, our goal was to find the right balance between vintage aesthetics and modern minimalist designs evoking cosmetic products.
The symbol came quite naturally after looking at many cross-section botanical drawings. We were drawn to the notion of creating a visually striking symbol that hovers at the intersection of figurative and abstract representation, inviting diverse interpretations from individuals.
